Damaged Items
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Skin by Marla as soon as possible and preferably within 5 days of delivery.

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, an appropriate resolution will be offered in accordance with your statutory rights.
