Due to hygiene reasons, all products are non-refundable. 

If you would like to cancel an order after purchase, you have 24 hours to do so. Any requests made after 24 hours will be denied. 

Please be advised that If you order any of our products, some may melt if left in a porch or front door in warm temperatures once delivered. 

All ingredients are natural, we are NOT responsible for any melted products.
