Each Skin by Marla order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you. Please read the information below before placing your order.
UK SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. As Skin by Marla products are handmade in small batches, a little extra time may occasionally be needed during busy periods.
Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Skin by Marla cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including Royal Mail delays, adverse weather or busy seasonal periods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking information.
Please allow up to 1-2 working days for tracking information to update after dispatch. In some cases, tracking may not update until the parcel reaches a later stage of its journey.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch so the issue can be looked into.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, any designated safe place and with other members of your household or neighbours where appropriate.
If your parcel still cannot be located, please contact Skin by Marla so the delivery can be investigated.
Please report any delivery issues as soon as possible and include your order number and tracking information when getting in touch.
WARM WEATHER & NATURAL PRODUCTS
Skin by Marla products are made using natural ingredients, including butters and oils that can naturally soften or melt when exposed to warmer temperatures.
During warmer weather, extra care is taken when preparing orders for delivery. However, once your parcel has been delivered, please collect it as soon as possible and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, a warm porch, vehicle or other hot environment.
If a body butter arrives softened, place it in a cool, dry area and allow it to return to a firmer consistency before use. A change in texture caused by temperature does not necessarily affect the quality of the ingredients.
For best results, always store your Skin by Marla products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processes. Please allow approximately 7-30 days after dispatch, although customs or local postal delays may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
If you experience an issue with an international delivery, please get in touch with your order and tracking information so that the available next steps can be reviewed.
PACKAGING
Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your products during transit. Packaging may vary depending on the size and contents of your order.
Where possible, packaging is selected with both product protection and unnecessary waste in mind.
