Shipping

Domestic Shipping  

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. Items will then be shipped within 3-5 working days. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, you will be supplied with a tracking number.

Orders will be sent to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please contact Royal Mail with your tracking information for further assistance with locating your order.

Large orders will be packaged in sturdy boxes, whilst smaller items are packaged in padded envelopes. 

International Shipping

International shipping usually takes between 7-30 days depending on customs. Please note that we are not responsible nor able to track any orders once shipped internationally.

Customers must contact their local post office. If customs require any additional fees, this must be paid for by the customer.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail, you will be supplied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking information for further assistance on locating your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive another email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number supplied by Royal Mail. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact Royal Mail directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-2 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update until your order has been delivered.

 

Delivered But Not Received

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact Royal Mail directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
